Chef Tadej Kržišnik draws directly from the soil around him—harvesting herbs, flowers, and vegetables to create dishes that are fresh, imaginative, and deeply seasonal.

Guests can choose between two thoughtfully curated tasting menus: one composed of five elements, and a more elaborate journey of twelve elements, both accompanied by expertly selected wine pairings.
